Interactive Brokers has announced its expansion in Japan with the introduction of Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on US Stocks, offering enhanced features for investors.
The company (IBSJ) has broadened its spectrum of trading and investment options to include US stocks and ETFs, providing Japanese investors with leveraged products characterized by transparent and low commissions and financing rates.
Japanese clients of Interactive Brokers now have access to CFDs alongside a plethora of global investment instruments such as stocks, options, and futures. CFDs offer traders the ability to engage in US stock and ETF trading with leverage, thereby amplifying their trading capacity and affording greater flexibility in investment strategies.
Commission rates for US Stock CFDs commence at USD 0.0055 per share, while Japanese Stock CFDs start at 0.033% of the trade value.
